Single-brand dish with cabbage
Single-brand dish with young cabbage – saving time, work and taste really great.
I very much like boiled cabbage with smoked meat and potatoes, which when disintegrating while cooking, thicken the dish nicely and give it a velvety taste.
Simple ingredients, all in one pot, plenty of tasty food.
RECIPE FOR A SINGLE-PARK DISH WITH CABBAGE
Ingredients for single-brand dishes with cabbage:
small cabbage head
1 kg of potatoes
1 onion
4 spoonfuls of oil
500 g smoked meat, e.g. smoked sausage or bacon
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
10 pcs of English
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of dried garlic
salt
pepper
How to make a single-park dish with cabbage:
Heat up the oil in a pot and glaze chopped onions and sausages on it.
Add the chopped potatoes, chopped thick cabbage.
Add the spices and approx. 2-3 glasses of water.
Boil, reduce the heat to small and boil for about 40-60 minutes until the vegetables are soft and start to disintegrate slightly.
Season to taste.
