When it comes to my own company as an alternative to working as an employee, most of the girls with whom I had the opportunity to work declare willingness, and even desire, and dream of my own company. Nevertheless, only a few are taking a step in this direction. Why? These are the reasons.

I can’t sell – have you ever worked anywhere? In this case, you know that your employer’s decision to hire you was clear evidence of your ability to sell. After all, during the interview you sold your skills and experience so well that someone decided to hire you and pay you a certain amount of salary money on a regular basis. It’s really beautiful – have you ever worked anywhere? In this case, you know that your employer’s decision to hire you was clear evidence of your ability to sell. After all, during the interview you sold your skills and experience so well that someone decided to hire you and pay you a certain amount of salary money on a regular basis. This is a really beautiful example of a buying-selling transaction, and who knows maybe you’ll think about it, you’ll find such examples of more.
I will not succeed – What if I succeed?
I will not survive and I will have to return to work – that is my favourite belief, because I have been struggling with it myself for a very long time and I almost managed to meet it. The beginnings of my company were quite turbulent, money never agreed, and my parting with my partner meant that I was just one step away from returning to work, which I identified with the greatest defeat or at least a falstart. Only with time did I realize that it was not a failure, but a simple failure, which awaits me in life probably still a lot. Just when it comes to emotions and something goes wrong we tend to overclock the black colors. It is not worth it. If there are any failures along the way (and they will meet you for sure), laugh at it, take a distance, and then judge with a sober eye what you can do to fix your mistake and not to commit again in the future.
It is not for me – under this general statement there are most often beliefs hidden due to lack of self-confidence of the type I do not have the required competences, I still have too much to learn, and in fact it is a bottomless scent that “justifies” the lack of risk taken. So when you are tired and tormented by the awareness that you are not suitable for something, find proof from your life when you tried to do something, but it turned out that you can’t do it. Or maybe you tried, you couldn’t, but you learned and you did? Because I feel that this is a much more probable scenario.

You are a woman, so one of the above statements applies to you, or you have other restrictive beliefs that hold you back – it’s almost certain. Therefore. Here are your options:
a. Combat them and remove barriers that appear on the way to dream business,
b. Do nothing and limit your choice of career direction.
As always, it’s up to you to decide.
